I’m Cecilia, a product designer specialising in complex B2B SaaS systems.

I design products that turn messy operational workflows into clear, scalable systems, particularly in support, automation, and AI.

At Deskpro, I spent six years as a product designer, stepping into a lead role during a key growth phase. I led the redesign of the core platform, introducing AI-powered workflows and redefining how support operations scale across teams. This enabled enterprise adoption, large-scale customer migrations, and pricing evolution, contributing to customer growth and a successful Series A.

I’m based in London and looking to work on high-impact products with strong product and design teams.
